Field Marketing and Event Management Experience
I have been an experiential event marketing professional, primarily in management roles, for over 15 years. During this time, I’ve successfully executed more than 1,000 events, consistently leading teams that exceeded key performance indicators (KPIs)—whether in sales, lead generation, engagement, or conversion rates. I’ve built a solid reputation for my dedication, deep product knowledge, and a "get-it-done" attitude, fostering strong, lasting relationships with the brands I’ve represented.
From co-managing a ZYN pop-up store in Chicago to bringing energy to a private Nas concert for Hennessy in Detroit, my event experience has been as diverse as it is extensive. I’ve driven a 26-ft box truck across the country to set up a 16-team soccer tournament for Adidas, engaged fans at a country concert in Arizona with Snus, and distributed Jim Beam around Wrigleyville during the World Series. I’ve gathered leads for Buick at auto shows nationwide, launched a greenhouse activation for Belvedere in Miami, shared Hall of Fame baseball artifacts with fans in St. Louis, and welcomed CEOs to CES for Samsung SDS. Whatever the setting, I’ve commanded the space and ensured each event ran flawlessly—at least from the consumer’s perspective!
Event management has taken me across the country, allowing me to connect with nearly every subset of American culture. The experiences and insights I’ve gained are invaluable, and I’m grateful for the incredible events I’ve been a part of. Below is a small sampling of the many brands I’ve had the privilege to work with.
Moët Hennessy
Moët Hennessy is the brand I’ve had the longest-standing relationship with, dating back to 2009 when I first joined their team after responding to a Craigslist ad.
I initially started as a Brand Ambassador but was quickly promoted to On-Site Manager, becoming an integral part of their special events team. Over the years, the brand has transitioned through a few marketing agencies, but I’ve remained a constant presence due to my high level of professionalism and in-depth brand knowledge.
While our roles required us to be fun and outgoing, the primary focus was always on educating consumers about the Moët Hennessy portfolio and driving sales. The teams I led consistently excelled, regularly surpassing our drink conversion KPI of 30% and earning positive feedback from both accounts and clients.

On-site Manager for Chandon Garden Spritz Party at La Cote in Miami Beach. Client, brand team, and VIPs were present at the event and incredibly pleased with our execution. 2021
My team for the Chandon Garden Spritz Party at La Cote in Miami Beach. 2021
La Cote guests enjoying their first tastes of Chandon's newest sparkling wine, the Chadon Garden Spritz. This event was a huge success- we blew past our target KPIs and consumers loved customizing their drink garnishes with fresh fruit and herbs. 2021

We built it and they came! Led a team of two Brand Ambassadors and an LM to build a greenhouse and debut the Belvedere Organic Infusions line at a farmer's market in Miami. This was the first event in the whole country, so all eyes were on us. The client was present and thought our team was flawless in execution! 2021

My LM in action. Glad we had a Spanish speaker- a necessity in South Florida and something brands forget! 2021

My Brand Ambassadors leading a consumer through the different infusion scents during the activation. This was a dry event which is always a little tricky when promoting something you ingest, but we appealed to guest's other senses and gave them some seeds to take home. 2021

The Cleveland Cavaliers are a Moet Hennessy team so we were present to lead pre-game champagne toasts and brand education with suite members before the Finals Games. 2017

Celebrating the 2016 NBA Champs at a private event with the team and coaching staff. 2016

Hennessy celebrated the 75th Anniversary of the Doolittle Tokyo Raid with the last surviving member of the team, Col Dick Cole by holding a three-day event at the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. I represented the brand to attendees in a variety of tastings and brand educations.

I even was honored with a chance to meet Col Dick Cole during breakfast on the final day of the event. One of the things I love about Hennessy is the links to important American events despite not being a domestic brand. 2017

"Testing" the photo booth before our event started with one of my favorite coworkers, Tanisha. We were brought from Columbus to Detroit to set the standard for other team members. 2014

From humble beginnings of small on-premise Hennessy VS events. Managed three-five girls at events depending on activation type. 2013
Jim Beam
Jim Beam holds a special place in my heart—not only for its rich American brand story but also for introducing me to some of my closest friends. Over the years, I’ve served as a Team Lead for Jim Beam activations across Ohio, Illinois, Arizona, and Oregon. And yes, I’m more than willing to travel for bourbon!
Despite the brand transitioning through several marketing companies, I’ve remained a trusted member of their team. Beyond leading activations, I’ve also provided administrative support, including data entry, account outreach, report writing, scheduling, and competitor scouting, assisting four city managers and a field manager.
One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned from my time with Jim Beam is that sometimes less is more—and that it’s essential to always have a plan B (and C). These experiences have sharpened my problem-solving skills and adaptability, which I carry into every project.

Excellent marketing by Jim Beam during the 2016 World Series. We were in and out of bars in Wrigleyville handing out POS and leading toasts. This was almost a guerilla marketing campaign and chaotic with the short bursts and large crowds- but we got it done! Columbus Beam Team took on Kentucky and had a blast spending the day perfecting our brand knowledge at the Jim Beam Distillery. 2017

The debut of Jim Beam Apple at an on-premise event. I usually managed one or two other girls depending on the activation and also recapped the events in our portal. 2017

Life's better on top! Pinnacle Vodka is part of the Beam portfolio and we ran on and off-premise activations for them, as well as Hornito's, Ice Surge, and Sipsmith Gin. 2015

One of my favorite programs was Kentucky Fire because it's better quality than the fiery competitor and the uniforms made me feel very Flashdance. 2015

Come and ride the surge! Blue lipstick was an interesting choice, but we wore it well. It's been interesting to see how brands have pivoted to more conservative looks over the years. 2014
Swedish Match
Since 2016, I’ve toured with Swedish Match to promote their products, ZYN and Snus, across the country. Our activations involved setting up and tearing down a branded trailer at each event, with a primary focus on increasing brand awareness and driving sales at concerts, sporting events, and trade shows.
In 2018, I was honored to be selected to help launch and develop a new market for ZYN by co-managing a pop-up store in Chicago. This role allowed me to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the brand’s growth in an exciting and impactful way.

Snus on the loose! Working Country Thunder concert in Wisconsin. These big venues were exciting but more recently we've had to be aware of our surroundings. Being trained on what to do if there's an active shooter or a medical emergency is now common protocol. 2017
Our client liked to pop in to visit us during events and always gave great feedback. This is the trailer we set up/tear down and our team. I was a part-time manager, stepping in to manage teams of five or six when needed. 2017

ZYN for the win! I loved touring with this team because everyone had a strong work ethic, great personalities, and because ZYN is strictly a nicotine product, I felt like we were helping people cut tobacco out of their lives and make safer choices. 2018

Kappa Tappa ZYN. This team was a sisterhood of outgoing free spirits! Having a strong sense of community is very important on the road because things don't always go as planned and you need to know your teammates can step up under pressure and have your back. 2018

Adidas
In 2019, I had the opportunity to manage my first tour, which proved to be both the most physically and mentally demanding project I've taken on to date, yet incredibly rewarding. We orchestrated 16 team soccer tournaments across nine cities nationwide for seasons one and two of the Adidas Tango League Tour.
As the project manager, I oversaw all logistical aspects of the tour, including travel coordination, while training and leading a team of 12 brand ambassadors in each city. Additionally, I served as the primary brand liaison, liaising with venues and engaging with fans. This event was particularly special as it united an international audience, and the amateur nature of the competition fueled a palpable passion on the pitch, making each tournament unforgettable.

This was a fun activation because, despite some setbacks during setup, this team got it done and made the most of the bad weather in Dallas. 2019

A gorgeous venue in Houston. Our team set up the goals used, the 64 barricades to mark out the fields, along with a customization station for jerseys (see picture with BAs to the left). A huge lesson in teamwork and patience during every setup and tear down, but the end result was always worth it! 2019

Teams getting a pep talk about sportsmanship before the event by our emcee. 2019

Philadelphia venue was indoors and provided unique challenges but our team rose to the occasion and this event was executed smoothly. 2019

Proof that I did drive this truck! I actually loved driving and could back this truck up correctly on the first try! 2019

Our truck in all its glory somewhere in Oregon. Glad we didn't have to bust out the tire chains, but driving through the Rockies in February is tricky business. We transported assets weighing almost 25,000 lbs. across the country. 2019

Welcome to Miami F1! As a racing fan, I was floored when I was selected as a suite hostess for Global Brand Partners in the Paddock Club for the inaugural race in Miami.

My first US Open and I held down the Hole 2 Crew! Originally I was in our Member Lounge, but was moved to help motivate and lead a group of five other brand ambassadors. I believe in making work fun and introduced "case races" to see who could hand out headphones the quickest and brought a positive attitude to "standing outside." By the end of the weekend, everyone wanted to stand with me, the clients were very happy with our energy, and we were the top performers. I lead by example and know a positive work environment creates happy employees and happy employees produce results!

Managed three-week Bet Indiana activation at the Indiana State Fair. This event had me putting out fires upon arrival due to miscommunications, rivalries between teams (two staffing agencies), and a lot of inclement weather. We weathered the storms and in the end, the client was pleased with my leadership and the lead generation. 2019
This job didn't stink! I managed this wholesale activation and we led in sales for the week. Loved this client and visited their tour at the Super Bowl. Click to read more about the Atlanta Market. 2020
Managed a staff of three for the week-long Traverse City Film Festival hosted by Michael Moore. We had a variety of special events and on and off-premise samplings. The client was present and happy with the results.

One of the many one-offs I've done over the years. This was for Liberty Mutual Insurance at a USMNT soccer friendly in Columbus, OH. Great footprint, fan engagement, and POS. 2016

It's all about the people you meet on the road. I heard so many compelling stories just in our Kansas City stop. This gentleman's father played in the Negro Leagues and this young girl is a Royals superfan. 2016
