Tech Experience
I am currently an Associate Software Engineer at PNC, working within the Quality Engineering Department. As Team Lead for two projects, I oversee all documentation related to testing, supervise testing during releases, collaborate with development teams to resolve defects, and write automation scripts using Selenium.
In addition to my engineering role, I serve on the leadership team for Tech Connect, a PNC initiative that advocates for women in technology. I am a co-chair of "Code for a Cause," a coding competition for high school students in Pittsburgh, and a proud PNC-certified Women’s Business Advocate.

Before PNC, I was enrolled in a demand-driven, 14 week, full-stack software development boot camp focused on dynamic web-based software systems using the .NET programming language and platform including:
Object-Oriented Programming: C#, .NET
Web Application Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, ASP.NET Web API
Database Programming: ADO.NET, Table Design, SQL, MS SQL Server, E/R diagrams
Development tools and techniques: Agile, Unit Testing (MS Test), Integration Testing, Unix Command Line navigation, Git, Visual Studio 2019
My capstone projects included a Vending Machine Software, Cash Sending Software, and a Stock Market Game. As an avid Harry Potter fan, I made a Sorting Hat Command Line Program as a side project. I also made a Mastermind Game. These can be found on my GitHub profile.
Who knew I'd be back to school at 35- When life throws you lemons, you create an algorithm for lemonade!

My first program. I was so excited to join the 1000s of other developers around the world by typing "Hello World!"

My certification of completion of the course. Though there was no official GPA, I ended the course with a 2.9/3. Of all my assignments, I only received one 2 and that was because it was timed.
Final Capstone: A Poor Inve$tment of Time, a stock market game. Click to watch a video I made explaining the game a bit and my contributions.
